SALOBREÑA


NUESTRA SEÑORA DEL ROSARIO'S CHURCH.
The Church of “nuestra Señora del Rosario”, located in the historic Center of Salobreña, is built on a Muslim mosque, and is a kind of Mudejar's style from the XVI century.
The header dedicated to the 'Altar Mayor' has access to the tower and to the sacristy.
On the feet is situated the choir that is raised and held by beams of wood. His door side is decorated with tiling and the Tower, slender and topped with battlements typically Mudéjar.
The cover was a coffered ceiling that was destroyed by a fire on the 29th of August  1821.





SALOBREÑA'S CASTLE
Castillo de Salobreña is located in Salobreña, in the province of Granada, Spain. The existence of a known fortification in Salobreña dates from the 10th century. The current structure which was built during the Nasrid dynasty. Trapezoidal in shape, it has four towers. It was declared a Bien de Interés Cultural monument in 1993.




ARCHEOLOGICAL MUSEUM OF SALOBREÑA
It is located in the Town Hall Square in the historic heart of the town. This exhibition presents a visual tour at the time by them almost 6000 years of history human in the land of Salobreña. All of this based on archaeological and historical research of the material, written, cartographic and photographic testimonies that illustrate the social, economic and ideological processes of societies that have left their mark in Salobrena.




ALMUÑECAR


ARCHEOLIGICAL MUSEUM OF 'LA CUEVA DE LOS SIETE PALACIOS'

SAN MIGUEL'S CASTLE
Castillo de San Miguel is located in Almuñécar, in the province of Granada, Spain. It is bounded by the remains of the original city walls. The castle sits on a small hill, which is difficult to access. The original fortifications date of 1st century B.C. During the Moorish occupation, the castle was enlarged to include 40 towers and three gates.[1] It has a wide moat and a drawbridge. Parts of the building are topped with battlements of pyramid shape. The keep, which was on the inside, is demolished.




CASTLE OF LA HERRADURA
The castle of la Herradura was used by the army until 1839, in that year, once extinguished piracy, was given to the police, whose mission was to ensure the safety and security of coasts and borders, as well as to prevent smuggling. After delete the Carabineros Corps in 1940, it was occupied by the Civil Guard.


ENCARNACION'S CHURCH
It is the first Temple in the province of Granada in Baroque style. It was built around 1600 by Ambrosio de Vico. On the construction rises the Tower, slender and elegant, topped by a capital.
